As stress and anxiety are on the rise in our society, the interest in meditation is also increasing as people start to realise this powerful tool to help us free ourself from our bad habits of mind. Through contemplating Buddha’s teachings and meditating on them we can free our mind from all worries and fears.
Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab is the National Spiritual Director in Canada and the Resident Teacher at KMC Canada in Toronto. Gen-la has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhism under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over 30 years. His profound and powerful teachings are appreciated throughout the world and his example demonstrates his own experience of Dharma.
